Master Leasing Does It Again

HomeBase is proud to report that a second veteran from the master lease pilot has become a homeowner. Wallace W. said, “Thanks to master leasing I was able to get reestablished. Thanks for helping out a vet!” When Wallace came to John, the founder of HomeBase, Wallace was unemployed and homeless. Having his own apartment enabled Wallace to have the stability he needed to seek employment, maintain it and save up for home ownership.

Improving Lives Together

HomeBase is pleased to announce we have partnered with Bergen Properties to provide rapid rehousing for individuals experiencing homelessness during this critical time. In February we opened Bryant House #1 and in April we opened Bryant House #2. Many individuals experiencing homelessness need a stable place to stay while they seek employment, work through the justice system or rehabilitate. We provide housing first and harm reduction units that set people up for success. We provide furnished units with WiFi and streaming television in each room, bi-monthly housekeeping services and all paper products. The only thing our residents need do is focus on themselves and their work of becoming who they want to be. On the 15th of the month work will begin on opening Logan House.
